Virginie & Alfonso | Paris
The hunt for a new home began for Virginie Denny and Alfonso Vallés, when the apartment in the heart of Paris became too cramped and the need for more space got too big. The same hunt that many others had done before them; the hunt for a bigger place with lots of light in a convenient location and space for a growing family, and perhaps even with a small, private garden.
“Alfonso needed space for his paintings and I was pregnant with our son. To put it in other words: It was the perfect time to invest in a more comfortable home! We were searching for a sunny house with garden and enough space for a studio for Alfonso as well. We probably went to see fifteen houses and apartments before we found this place”.
